A Longing for Belonging pt 2

Are you searching for your Spiritual home? Wondering where you can be your true self? 

In part 1, we reviewed the first three points to consider when looking for your spiritual home:

• You feel accepted as yourself. No need to hide. In this nurturing space, any sense that you need to be on guard can pause to let your authentic self come through. 

• You’re free to learn about what interests you and you’re encouraged. 

• When you make mistakes, you’re not rejected.

• Your intuition is recognized as a gift. You’re not too sensitive or making things up.

• Intuition is a natural part of the Universe and is your personal connection to Spirit.

• Your Spiritual community will inspire you to learn the way intuition expresses itself through you.

Yes, you ARE creative!

• Your Spiritual community will encourage you to have creative fun. Try not to limit creativity to painting or art. You’re creating every day by the choices you make.

• In your Spiritual home, you get a chance to explore what creativity means to you.

• You can make a decision, experiment and start over if you don’t like the results.

Consider This:

Your Spiritual home can also be nurturing, restful, inviting, accepting, satisfying, protecting. It’s good to have word(s) that you resonate with and that you can easily recall. Once you’ve identified your word(s), it’s helpful to find ways to remind yourself everyday of what you want to experience. 

A Few Options for Reminding Yourself

• Write your word(s) in an online or physical journal

• Set up a reminder in your calendar to review your words daily

• Take a pic of an object that represents your word(s) and put it on your homescreen

• Get a bunch of sticky notes and post your word(s) on your bathroom mirror, in your car, at your desk, inside the refrigerator. Be creative.
   

You want to see your word(s) everyday! The more often you connect with your word(s), it reinforces it as the truth and aligns you to what you want to experience.
